Doesn't show the mobile app when it's searched. Where can this be configured?

There is a mobile application called "MyCity" which is uploaded to both google play and app store.
In Russia, Belarus, when searching in Google Play and the app store, the application "My City" gets into the search results.
But, if you search in Ukraine for the phrase: My City (separately) - the application does not find it. Finds only together.
In the settings of supported countries (in stores) - the application is also enabled in Ukraine.
The question is, how and where can I set it up so that in Ukraine, at the request of "My City", the application would not be found in the same way?
