How to display Yandex map in Jupyter Notebook?

Is it possible to display a Yandex map in Jupyter Notebook and put my own layers with markers and polygons on it?
For Google Maps, there is a convenient gmaps library ( https://jupyter-gmaps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/), is there anything similar for Yandex maps?
