How to display the title of the section, product in h1?

There is h1, which is displayed not in the template of a detailed view of a product, section, page, but it is simply right in the template, in the header.
Because of this, I can't figure out how to return in the header what we get only already in the component?
title does not fit because there is a postfix.
Please tell me how to display in h1 what is filled out from the description "SEO-> section / product title"
