How to display the title attribute of a WordPress menu under the title of an item on the frontend?

The menu has title attributes.
The menu itself is displayed in the sidebar.
I would like to display the texts of this attribute under the name of the menu items with their own arbitrary css class, or simply wrap it in a span.
But I didn't find any documentation on how to do this.
Write if anyone knows how this is done on Wordpress.
