How to display the same blocks with different content in wordpress?

There is a page template /* Template Name: x */ in WP with a bunch of sections. Some sections have identical .row > .col blocks with the same structure but different content: Image, block title and block description, and sometimes a button. Each block can have a different number of description paragraphs. The number of these blocks may increase over time. How to organize the addition of these blocks in this case? There is an ACF plugin, but it turns out that I need to create a separate post for each section and for each block in it? If so, it turns out that there will be just a huge list of these posts, if, for example, the number of pages on such a template increases! I am newbie. Thanks for understanding!
