How to display the last three NextGen albums/gallery created?

Hello!
I want to create a widget that displays the last 3 galleries created using the NextGen plugin.
It seems that there is such a shortcode for these galleries [nggallery id="4"]
I don’t really understand where they are saved, and are there any methods similar to the posts
. Maybe there are some plugins that allow you to do this?
