How to display tags of a certain category in wordpress?

Actually the task is this.
The site has 5 main categories (figuratively, in fact there are about 100)
In each category there are tags, tag1, tag2, tag3.
The task is how to make a filter on the category page, so that the filter would be only for tags from this particular category? maybe there is a plugin, or some code?
UPD: here is the link exactly what you need. Each category has its own filter based on the tags ONLY in that category.

Instead of wp_dropdown_categories, display your own. What structure this block has - you can see by running the code as is - i.e. along with wp_dropdown_categories. And then write html with the necessary categories to this place
