There is a clothing store with different sizes. But there are sizes that have already ended, but the smart filter still displays them. Can I set to display products with the specified size if their quantity is greater than 0?

Firstly, it is impossible to "display goods through a smart filter". Products are displayed as list components (individually or as part of complex ones). The filter only changes the list of products before output.
Secondly, the solution to your problem depends on the catalog model. Namely: is the size a characteristic of a product or a sales offer?
