How to make a payment via the link, at the last step of sending an order through the basket?

1st step, product selection (sent to the basket)
2nd step, the order is sent (delivery selection, payment selection), click send order
3rd step, after sending the order, a page opens stating that the order has been accepted and you need to pay, Payment button - here in this button the link is written to go to the payment site in free form.

I don’t need the basket amount to be sent to pay for the link (like Sberbank acquiring) ... I just need STUPIDLY to select the created payment, just at the last step a payment button appears and in it a payment link
