How to display posts with one category?

Good day! There are categories when you click on it, information should be displayed, and for example, on the left in the sidebar there will be those posts that belong to this category. And when you go to this post, the information is taken from the post, but the menu on the left does not change. And so for each category, its own information and posts, and posts, in turn, can be in some categories at the same time. I thought to write my own template for each category, but when I go to the post, it will go out of that template, and I need to change the content without leaving their specific template until it is switched. Tell me how to implement it? Thanks in advance!

There are a lot of plugins that will display a list of related posts in the sidebar. One of the criteria for relatedness is a common rubric.
