How to display only those resources where a certain TV value is set?

Name TV = catcases
Meanings: Men's suitcases||Women's suitcases||Colored suitcases (with a picture)
Only men's suitcases should be taken out.
I try to output via (see below), it doesn't work like this:

If I'm not mistaken, catcases must also be explicitly specified among includeTVs.
Also, for the sake of interest, try to make the value in English and compare. There is a suspicion that sometimes it is not compared correctly.
In general, I did such things through my snippet, with an SQL query inside.
