How to display numbers from two cells in one?

The task is probably not easy:
from two cells, write numbers into one, for example, in one cell 38, in another 11, in the third cell you need to see the numbers 3811
and vice versa, from one cell where 57, write 5 into another, write 7 into the third cell

Is such a problem solved?

To concatenate, you can simply use "&"(i.e. the formula =A1&B1) , or the "concatenate" formula (=CONCATENATE(A1;B1))
To unlink, use the two formulas, =LEFT, =RIGHT
