How to display informational messages in CMS?

How is it better and more correct to display an error message, using the feedback module as an example?

Options:
1. Output describing each item (as in the screenshot).
2. Display one message: "Fill in all required fields!".
All fields in this form are required.

Display an error over each invalid field.
Validators in any framework can do this.

I prefer to make a JS validator, it can be run on me filling out the form, and on the backend there is only a general error. If someone smart forges requests - it does not concern me.
