How to display information for clients on TVs?

There is a hotel, several dozen TVs in the rooms, there is some kind of thing "SPM 2.000 Base Unit", how it works - I still don't understand at all. They asked to display the desired video to customers when the TVs are turned on, a small tutorial. How to solve the problem?

Perhaps it makes sense to try replacing the first channel with an endless broadcast of the tutorial.

Most likely, you will need to add an HDMI encoder module, SPM-H4TCT, or something similar to it. Sources of HDMI signals can be, for example, a DVD player, satellite HDTV receiver, HDMI output of a computer or a video surveillance camera.
