Why doesn't the "thin client" from windows 10 connect to linux via an NX session?

There is a server with Linux on board. An NX server is installed on it, to which dozens of users connect from "thin clients" and regular computers. If clients with windows 7 or different Linux, then there are no problems. When connecting from a thin client on which windows 10 is wired, authorization passes and everything stops at the stage of creating the gnome window. If the password is incorrect, authorization does not pass, i.e. the SSH protocol is functioning. What to do and where to dig?
