How to display hidden characters in the editor?

Recently moved from Windows to OSX, I use the Atom editor.
After that, squares in the text began to appear on the sites that I make, you can see them if you open the site from under Windows.
At the same time, these characters are not visible to me in the editor and browsers on osx.
Opening it in notepad, I found out that this is the symbol < U + 2028 >
Please tell me how I can configure the editor so that it displays these characters by default.
I tried to look at the code in Sublime - the symbols are also not visible.
And they appear, as I understand it, when copying text from layouts in Photoshop and a sketch if there was a forced line break in the text.
