How to display favicon in search results?

Good afternoon.

I noticed that Favicon sites appeared in Google search (and the style became Material):


But for some reason not on all computers (versions and extensions are the same).
It also doesn't work on incognito tabs.

How is it configured? Maybe this is an innovation that random users got selectively, for testing?
