How to display data from 3 different tables (and 2 common ones)?

There are 3 tables.
People, Branches and Floor.
There are 2 connecting tables.
connection of people and departments, connection of departments and floors.
2 blocks of buttons, a block with departments and floors are displayed on the pages.
I click on a certain department, click on the floor and I need to display people who correspond to this floor and department. How to implement it? To do 1 more table (would like to avoid it)?
