How to display Cyrillic in ConEmu console?

There is such a cool console for Windows - ConEmu, but something has problems with Cyrillic: street_type ╤Л╨▓╨░2 I
set Russian in the settings, it still doesn’t help

settings -> Startup -> Environment in the field under set PATH=.... insert chcp 1251

Enter a font that supports the Russian alphabet.
Check that there is Russian in the system settings of the system.
I have been using the ConEmu + Far bundle for several years now, no problems with the consolas font under xp, win7, win8.1
