How to display authors with nodes on the main page?

I can't find a solution. It is necessary to display 4 authors (with the titles of their latest materials) in a block on the main page. I output through the view, but there is such a problem, if one of the authors published several articles in a row, then the rest of the authors drop out of the view. What filter should be set so that only the title of the last published material by him clings to each author? Thank you.
