How to display an item in the administrative menu to display posts from a specific category?

I saw something similar in the admin panel on some site, but the admin panel view was very much modified there, I would like a simple solution (plugin) for adding separate headings to the left administrative menu, for easy navigation and sorting.
Honestly, I’m too lazy and have no time to figure out this issue myself, but Google didn’t tell me anything, maybe someone is more knowledgeable in this matter and poke their nose at a ready-made solution, I will be very grateful, because constantly sorting a sheet of records from different headings is not very convenient and the filter not interactive.
