How to display an image on a TV through twisted pair?
I may have misunderstood the question, for which I apologize in advance.
The situation is this. There is a computer, it is connected to a router. A special software for visualizing 3D images is launched on the computer. That is a computer with its own monitor.
There is also a TV to which three wires are connected: Power, twisted pair and coaxial cable (standard, television antenna).
Perhaps I don’t know something, but the person who saw all this before me said that the image from the computer can be transferred to the TV.
Am I missing something obvious, or is it complicated here? Is it technically feasible using only what we have? Perhaps there is some software?

The panel model must be guessed by telepaths.
Look, 99% that the panel has HDMI and .DLNA
There are video signal extenders that work over a dedicated UTP cable (perhaps the person meant this).
It looks like this:
signal source -> box -> utp cable -> box -> monitor.
At the same time, interfaces for extending the mouse and keyboard can be integrated there.
Or raise a DLNA server on your computer, here is a very good solution https://www.homemediaserver.ru/index.htm. We set up (the manual is on the site) we launch. On the TV in the signal sources, select our media server and rejoice. Important: this solution will not make a second monitor out of the TV (you will not see the desktop), but you can play media content.
