How to display additional property catalog.section.list?

The list of services is displayed on the page using the catalog.section.list component. The property is active, filled in the admin panel, i.e. not empty, it is also enabled in the component parameters. But it doesn't show up on the page. tried different ways:

<?=$arElement['PROPERTIES']['NAME_EN']['VALUE'];?>
when checking with the help, it <pre><?var_dump(NAME_EN);?></pre>gives out on the sitestring(7) "NAME_EN"
