How to display activity date in dd\mm\yy HH:mm format in Activity?

How to make it so that instead of the inscriptions "3 days ago" the exact date of the action is displayed?
For example: 16/May/16 12:39

1. Look & Feel -> Date Format: dd/MMM/yy
2. Create jira-config.properties in jira home, or edit an existing one
3. Add jira.lf.date.relativize=false to jira-config.properties
4. Restart jira
