How to display a subtitle on a page in bitrix?

There is a page with a product catalog.
You need to display the subtitle that is in this directory.
The output is <?ShowCategorySubTitle(true); ?> (This field is optional)
when editing in the visual admin panel, the value appears, and when you log in without registration, there is no value.
What is the reason?

1) What is "the subtitle that is in this directory."? the name of the current section? Then print out $arResult and see how it is stored there.
2)ShowCategorySubTitle(true); - this is, I assume, your user-defined function for displaying the title of the section? Show code.
3) Is there a condition for withdrawal?
4) Cache?
