How to add a property to an infoblock?

I have a feedback box. I want it to have a property, add it to Infoblocks - Infoblock types - Content and click "properties" there. I write the name, set the file type and write the desired ID in the CODE field and click save. Then I go to Content - Reviews, open a ready-made review and the field for attaching a file does not appear there. What could be the problem?
Moreover, if I enable the field as required, it appears on the review editing page
