How to display a fraction in a TextView?

Hello! I'm scratching my head over the subject! Found one solution chiuki.github.io/advanced-android-textview/#/23 , but it uses the textPaint.setFontFeatureSettings method from API 21 . Can you please tell me how to get around this place? Or maybe someone faced a similar problem, and knows some alternative ways!
I would be grateful for any help!

you can, in theory, make a control in which there are 2 text fields and a separator and insert not text but this control
