How to display a file from another directory?

Many scripts have a folder like this - test / test / test / which contains all the files like: index.html, blabla.html and so on.
All these files, despite being located 3-4 folders from the main one, open at example.com/XXXXX.html, where XXXXX is the name of the folder, instead of
example.com/test/test/test/XXXXXX.html so do it yourself?
