I saw your question today in the yandex map Club. Are you going to withdraw from the base? on the server side and limit the selection.
When initializing the map, catch the map.getBounds() view area, send these coordinates to the php script, and already select the markers with the php-shkoy and limit by number. If the database has 2000 addresses, and is limited to only 400, then add fields in the json response from the server. Yandex map API won't help here.
