How to disconnect users from rdp server with command?

What you need is a Bat file, after launching which, certain rdp sessions would be disconnected. Ideally, if the specified users or group remove permission to connect via rdp. That is, by running a batch file, cut off sessions and make it impossible to re-enter.
Prompt implementation options please.
