How to disable USB power in AsRock B460M-HDV BIOS?

When the computer is turned off, power is supplied to the USB ports, which causes the headphone and mouse LEDs to remain lit. I can’t find in the AsRock B460M-HDV BIOS how to turn off USB power when the PC is turned off.

@Ventus

Found the answer myself.
1) Be sure to turn off "Quick Startup" in Windows 10: Control Panel -> Power Options -> Action of the power buttons (upper left corner) -> uncheck "Turn on fast startup (recommended)".
If this checkbox is not available, then at the top you will have an item where you need to click "Change settings that are currently unavailable." Then you can uncheck the box.
2) In the AsRock B460M-HDV BIOS, go to the advanced menu. Better put the English language to make it easier. Go to the "Advanced -> Chipset Configuration" tab. We wind the list to the very bottom and there will be an item "Deep Sleep". We put in S5 mode (complete shutdown).
Sometimes Windows 10 brings back fast startup mode after an update - keep that in mind.
