How to disable the queue of unsent messages in Exim?

Hello. I need to disable the backlog feature in Exim 4. Instead of retrying, I want to send notifications by another method, and be sure that in that case the mail doesn't reach the client because of the retry.
The variant with eternal cleaning of the running queue is not suitable.
