How to disable the key?

Actually, I'm interested in whether it is possible to disable the key (Enter) for a certain program, as in the Simple Disable Key, but only through the registry? If so, how?

Such things are not included in the standard functionality of Windows, the area of \u200b\u200buse is too specific. Surely it is possible to disable the key, but not for a specific program, but entirely, for a specific user. So only through third-party software

Through the registry in any way for one program. In other programs, either interception of system functions is used, or its own driver.
Through the registry, you can disable Enter for everyone. This is called a remap. In general, this thing is for reassigning keys. But no one forbids turning them off altogether.
Here is a simple example how to disable Enter for the whole system:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout]
"Scancode Map"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,02,00,00,00,00,00,1c,00,00,00,00,00

Copy and save to a .reg file. Next, import. After relogin or reboot, Enter won't work. To return, you need to delete the "Scancode Map" in the registry at the address - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout
