How to disable the full screen window animation in Mac OS X?

How to disable the full screen window animation in Mac OS X? That's what she pisses me off. I want me to press the button on YouTube "fullscreen" and there was a fullscreen right there, I don't want to look at all these metamorphoses.
And immediately the question is: what kind of process is com.apple.iconservicesagent, which eats a bunch of RAM all the time?

You can turn off the animation with this command in the Terminal:
The action will begin after the restart of the Finder and other applications.
To return the animation, run the same command, but change it to YES instead of NO:
