I don’t want to seem like a snob , and I absolutely agree that valuable comments can be found in the comments, but in order not to see comments like this donate all comments. While answering, I realized that a list of ignoring participants would be convenient. So that I can mark other users as ignored and not see their activity in principle. Perhaps such a function would come in handy not only to me, but also to someone else.

You can disable (hide) comments using custom styles (user styles) in the browser, for example, using the Stylish plugin.
However, I can't help but wonder - in which particular articles are the types of comments you mentioned so often found? I have been reading Habr for a long time and I believe that very often comments are no less valuable asset than the articles themselves.
