How to disable the combination ctrl+alt+del?

Actually the question is in the title. None of what I found on the Internet helped - it essentially just blocks the task manager, usually through the registry.

Google "C# KeyboardHook win api".
I did a couple of years ago, on a virtual machine it worked as expected.
