Sysprep.exe and domain user profile transfer. Will be able?

Good day to all!
There is a chief accountant's laptop, which is more valuable than gold and all the diamonds in the world!)) Works on Win7 Pro (license, no problems)
And of course, it is outdated. There is a new computer. I want to transfer the profile completely, with all the certificates and baubles that managed to settle in her system.
It is necessary to transfer the profile of the chief accountant from one laptop (in the domain) to the second computer (not yet in the domain, bare metal).
I read about the Sysprep.exe utility. I think she could well carry out her plans, but I'm very worried that the profile is domain (not roamable), and the new computer is not in the domain.
I can transfer all files, maybe even all programs, including client-banks. But certificates and special private keys haunt, because some were installed by "specialists from banks")
Has anyone tried to be so perverted? Any results?

@sokolovsv

Try to drop in the direction of TransWiz ( https://www.forensit.com/move-computer.html)
I don’t know how things are with certificates, but the main parameters are saved perfectly.
those. first install the system, enter it into the domain, and then copy the profile
and you can check it without interfering with the work of the accountant, but on the same network ...
Shl. True, client-banks will most likely not allow simultaneous connection from two computers, so here you still have to agree on testing with a boo.

Pull the screw from the laptop, insert it into the new computer, that's where sysrep comes in handy
