The site is powered by CMS 1C-Bitrix edition Business. When I create a new exchange profile on the site, the error “Unable to get session lock within 60 seconds” occurs, it interrupts the process and I cannot create an exchange profile with Yandex. The script behaves as if during the creation of an exchange profile, a heavy operation is being launched.
The error is most likely related to the php script execution time setting or the fact that your sessions are stored in the database.
Tell me how you can disable the storage of sessions in the database in Bitrix? And the second question is where does CMS 1C-Bitrix store sessions by default?

Settings - Proactive protection - Session protection.
Disable storage in the database and change the identifier on the second tab to do at least a day.
