How to disable saving fields in plugin settings?

Hello, in the plugin settings (add-on for wookomers) there are fields for your own words (the same as for a button or description of the payment system in wookomers). The site is multilingual and if you enter words in these fields they will not be multilingual. If left blank, nothing is displayed. The settings file contains an array with default settings (words).
Question: How to disable the saving of fields in the settings, so that if you leave an empty field, the default word will be displayed and then this word will be translated as it is in the translation file. Or turn off the saving of fields in general, let the default words be displayed.
