How to disable saving changes in game launch mode?
Like I start the game in the editor, change something, poke, turn off the game and all the changes that I accepted there are saved (this was not the case before). How can I turn this off?

If changes are made in the instances on the stage, then this is very old and a bug.
If changes are made to the prefab\ScriptableObject, then no way. When a file is modified, Unity stores its modified version in its cache until the given object is marked "dirty" in some way (then the version of the cache and on disk will be the same).
