How to disable Rst for Ubuntu installation?

Good afternoon.
I want to install ubuntu on asus rog laptop.
There is a problem with rst.
I already went through the forums and found out that you need to select ahci in the BIOS settings, but I don’t have such a setting in the BIOS.
They also wrote that you need to press CTRL + S and such a setting will appear, but it also did not appear.

I don't have a selector to select ahci instead of raid.

Did the disk change by any chance? Some strange BIOS behavior, I have an Asus X200M laptop, so the BIOS shows everything correctly there:

By the way, Ubuntu works fine on it, there are no glitches with the equipment at all, absolutely everything works, and even all keyboard macros, without any additional ones. drivers and dances with a tambourine.
Maybe try a reset? Save-Exit -> Restore Defaults or by turning off the battery? (although this is unlikely to be the reason)
