How to disable restrictions on camhi camera attachments in the router?

I'm trying to connect the camera to the router (via wifi or ethernet) so that I can watch what is happening from the phone (application on the CamHI phone). But the router won't let me do it. Maybe someone faced a similar problem, how did you solve it?
PS If I connect via wifi, then for the SSID with the name "Domashnie" he writes an error that the name cannot contain Cyrillic

What router?
What camera? China - aliexpress?
The name of the wifi network should not contain Russian characters, only English and numbers are always used. and in the password too
. A normal home router is initially set to "allow" for everything. Exceptions are with house ru, Rostelecom (their routers)

name cannot contain Cyrillic

Writes correctly. SSID can only contain [0-9], [AZ] and "-" (maybe more underscore, but not sure). There are no restrictions in routers if it is a purchased router and not rented (RTK, for example, does this. If you have a router from RTK and do not have admin rights, no way)
