How to disable registration in Bitrix?

There is an online store on Bitrix. The owners want to make a catalog out of it, without any registration, etc., because they are tired of bots. I tried to simply delete the registration page, but the bots continue to come, apparently somehow registering directly, bypassing the form. I heard that in Bitrix you can disable registration altogether, please tell me how?

Registration is wired in the Bitrix core, so by sending special get and post parameters, you can register on any page of the site.
Registration in the admin panel is disabled:
Settings -> Module settings -> Main module
Next, on the "Authorization" tab, uncheck the option "Allow users to register themselves?"

Something I have this "tick" is not disabled. I'm cleaning up. I press save and it reappears.
