How to disable redirect in iframe application?

I have an iframe application for VK. I did a .htaccess redirect from my main domain to the app itself Redirect / https://vk.com/app6697605_209422110. The redirect happens, but it gets out

This happens because the redirect is again carried out in the iframe and vk bans it!
How to make it so that there would be no redirect in the iframe?

I came across your question by accident.
This may not be the case at all, but try specifying the header on your server:
X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN
