I asked not from the local "Experts", but from the ASUS and Lenovo themselves in Technical support. This is not due to the battery, but is locked at the BIOS level. To the question: "why can't you do it like in a poppy" they answered: "this is a Microsoft requirement"
Check if you have the "Improved Battery" power mode,
click on the battery and there the slider, move it
Start - Control Panel - Hardware and Sound - Power Options
Here you can choose either to change an existing one or create a new one
