How to disable password entry when logging into Windows 8 (Live account)?

It is required to disable password entry when logging in with a Live account. On the Users
tab of the modern PC Settings app, the Change Login Options button is grayed out with the caption "The security policies on this PC prevent you from changing this setting." Computer - home, not in the domain. In the Group Policy Editor ( gpedit.msc ), all policies are in the "Not Set" state. The "User Accounts" (netplwiz) window is missing the "Require username and password" checkbox. This confuses me the most - on all the guides on the Internet it is advised to remove this checkmark. System - 6.2 9200, all latest updates, without SP 8.1.

@Marques

run - control userpasswords2 - uncheck "require a password" - enter the current password, confirm. Everything, the system will not ask for a password anymore.

"User Accounts" window (netplwiz) missing "Require username and password" checkbox

This means that security policies have been changed. To reset them, you need to go to "User Accounts" (control userpasswords), in the action links on the left will be "Reset Security Policies". After clicking it, a checkmark will appear
