How to disable indexing if there can be any number in place of 79967?
THAT is, we index the /news/ section and the news itself with a unique id ( /news/79967/ ), in our case /79967/ , but we do not index pages nested further than /news/79967/*

disallow /news/79967/*
option /news/*/* type is undefined, but you can play around with noindex and canonical
