Why is the mobile version with errors in Search Console?

There is a site in Search Console that I can't get rid of: horizontal scrolling and interactive elements are too close. In the Google cache, the main page is displayed crookedly. The rest of the pages are displayed correctly. I can't figure out what could be the reason? Can blocking some scripts in robots.txt affect?
