How to disable p tags when creating a new post?
When I create an entry, it displays this text in p tags, how can I turn this off?

The Wordpress editor can be switched from visual mode to text.
The visual mode creates "more or less" valid html from the typed text, and in the text mode you can write the html code yourself (or as you need, plain text).
