How to disable one media key on a laptop?
On my laptop there is one HORRIBLE application close button, which is located right next to the volume control keys .. and now, all the time, I just chop off the entire browser / player, etc., even though I make it louder. How can I disable this one key? I didn't find anything useful on the internet

I just forgot at work that ball that Sergey Petrikov is talking about, however, it doesn’t take a genius to assume Windows NT >= 6.0 and still most likely a Lenovo laptop from the previous question. In any case, the answer most likely does not depend on the manufacturer. And yes, I have not seen a remap in the bios, such cool additional drivers too (unless on a mouse).
In any case, the answer is quite simple. Windows is still only being treated, but there is already a lot of software that solves the problem in one way or another. On linux, one link is enough .
And your laptop and OS should see it in a crystal ball, right? It depends on the manufacturer, somewhere in the BIOS they are cut down, somewhere in additional firewood from the vendor, somewhere only with left programs.
